The farm was blessed with an inch and a half of steady rain last night. The thunder and lightning were powerful, and the rain just kept on coming. The air temperature has dropped, and may get into the 40s at night in the next few days. Worden Farm Field Notes: January 31, 2017

Outstanding in the Field was held at Worden Farm on Thursday. Chef Joey Egan of Tableseide created an delicious feast that featured Worden Farm vegetables prominently.

Then on Monday, we contributed our vegetables and participated in a second OITF event at Faena on Miami Beach. There, Chef Jamie DeRosa and Chef Brad Kilgore led the field kitchen team for another outstanding event.
